Just in time for Labor day, we’re excited to announce the launch of Safely Stow, a contactless check in app for youth activity providers. Initially a project specifically for Hearts & Minds, in Omaha, Nebraska, Safely Stow is meant for any youth activity provider that wants to allow parents to check in and check out their children from outside the facility.
Features that Safely Stow provides:
- Announcements and Symptom Sign Off at check in from the app.
- Completely contactless check in and check out from outside the facility.
- Designation of approved pick up persons, default and daily assignment of the designated pick up that day.
- Photo verification of pick up person.
- Special notes, teacher reports.
- Parent check out to communicate to teachers that they have arrived outside the building.
- All for only 25 cents per child per month!
This app is a first for us and will be in constant development over the next months and year. We’re excited about the security and convenience it provides to both facilities and parents. In particular, it solves the ever-present worry of the wrong person picking up a child. We have found an excellent standard operating procedure that is both secure and easy to use for all.
